Ted Lieu, Ana Navarro Just Spread Fake Trump News, Now Running Scared

A Time Magazine “journalist” completely fabricated a quote from President Donald trump that never happened and his haters jumped on it.

““President Trump in Tokyo: ‘Kim Jong Un is smarter and would make a better President than Sleepy Joe Biden,’” Ian Bremmer said in a tweet.

He left the fake quote on his page for hours and never explained that it was literally fake news, only to come back hours later and defend what he did.

“This is objectively a completely ludicrous quote. And yet kinda plausible. Especially on twitter, where people automatically support whatever political position they have. That’s the point,” he said.

But after his fake tweet not everyone was skeptical and people, like CNN and “The View” contributor Ana Navarro spread it.

Do they owe President Trump an apology?

“Don’t shrug your shoulders. Don’t get used to this insanity,” she said.“The President of the United States praising a cruel dictator who violates human rights, threatens nuclear attacks, oppresses his people, and kills political opponents, IS NOT FREAKING NORMAL.”

Media Matters’ Lawrence Tribe called it “equally incredible how easily manipulated the president is and also that democrats havent [sic] figured out how to take advantage of this yet.” And he was far from the only one as the quote was even spread by Rep. Ted Lieu.
